Yesterday evening I met the wonderful Lion (soon to be Dr. Lion!) at Parm, the more casual adjunct of famed eatery Torrisi.
I’m about to make a bold statement: The turkey was the best bite I’ve tasted in 2012. Perfectly succulent and seemingly injected with flavor-enhancing magic, this bird could not have tasted any better. The side salad tasted great too, with a nicely acidic vinaigrette and variety of ingredients. I only wish the salad’s portion size had been larger. I cannot wait to return to Parm and sampl
